SoW included new electrics, plumbing, heating. Removal of wall, installing 2 new bathrooms, plastering, Velux windows, carpentry, joinery:the windows and bathroom door frames, architraves, skirting and oak flooring throughout the house and beautifully tiled entrance. Mark and his team installed the engineered oak flooring, removed three defunct fireplaces, installed the marble hearth in remaining one. Mark is extremely hard working, thorough and precise professional with excellent attention to detail. His team is highly experienced. We would never hesitate to recommend him.

Mark has done several projects for us before and we would always trust him to do an excellent job. This job was no exception. This was a challenging wet room conversion which needed precise placing of sanitary ware, due to accommodating a wheelchair specifically for showering in a very limited space. Poorly done previous work had to be corrected as the job progressed and appropriate changes made. Mark was very helpful with suggestions, he was flexible and tackled these challenges to create the perfect solution, ensuring the water drains away correctly and my husband has easy access to the shower

Mark made and installed double glazed hard wood sash windows for our Victorian ground floor bay. These windows were custom-made to fit a bay with very uneven measurements which took time, skill and attention to detail to ensure an accurate fit. There was nothing ‘standard’ about this installation! He used the most up to date technology for double glazing significantly reducing exterior noise and improving insulation. The window locks are discreet and easy to use. Mark is a good communicator whose work is of an excellent standard. These are high quality windows and we couldn’t be happier.

Mark has done several jobs for us in the past and we have been very pleased with his work. On this occasion we asked him to rectify a faulty shower and douche that had been incorrectly fitted. This was tricky and needed time and attention to detail. A box was made to house the shower valve casing to stabilise the unit – it was insulated and waterproofed-checks were made throughout for potential leaks. Mark regularly updated on progress and we trust him to do a superb job. We appreciate he attended to this job in a busy schedule, as we have an elderly disabled member of the family.

This is not my first review of Mark's fantastic work. Some time ago we discovered one of the stair treads wasn't structurally sound and was exposed on the ceiling underneath! Mark lifted up the carpet and gripper rods, took apart the wind box. He then reinstated tread and riser, fitted new exposed tread through ceiling with new structural decorative chamfered panel, matching the existing mouldings. He plastered the ceiling, fitted gripper rods and carpet and left everything in good working order!

Known Mark since 2017 when he replaced the banister, which turned into a complex job. He's since done other jobs for us and every time it was done to the highest standard. Last job included replacement of rotten sections, re-design and clad above two bay windows and application of K-render. He fitted batons, fire-rated waterproof cement board, PVC fascia board around overhang roof tiles to create fine detail. He completely redesigned tongue and groove soffit panelling section back to bay window. Mark's unique and meticulous. His precision and attention to the detail are of a fine jeweller.

Although we did not use this company, Mark was very helpful and got back to us with lots of advice.

Mark is a fantastic craftsman and is someone who is at the top of his trade. He has totally transformed our kitchen into one that looks like it should be in a show home . Mark has gone more than the extra mile, as we had quotes from Nationwide who could not give us what we wanted, however it was not a problem with Mark. Working long hours to get the job done, he takes huge pride in his work and will give you a first class service.

Excellent workmanship. My father was a master carpenter and I am a construction professional. Mark's skills and attention to detail are outstanding. He explained in detail what he needed to be done and carried out the job with a level of expertise rarely seen these days. A true craftsman with very high standards.

Mark’s work was of an excellent standard and I’m incredibly pleased with the end result. His attention to detail throughout, and his execution of a very complex job, was superb.

Mark took some existing internal hinged doors and converted them to sliding doors. This was much trickier than it sounds and the were several problems to overcome such as starting with material that was out of square. Mark clearly demonstrated that he is a genuine and highly skilled craftsman with very high standards and has done a superb job. We would definitely use him again.
